2nd year MFA Interaction Design student at Umeå Institute of Design, Sweden.
My name is Christina and I am an interdisciplinary interaction designer and illustrator from Austria with a background of industrial, graphic, book and editorial design. I love to explore complex systems and convey them in a tangible, understandable and playful way. The more digital our world becomes, the more human and poetic the design and usage of technology has to be. My aim is to implement emotions, social impact and well-being with my design, by translating intangible research findings into honest solutions.

Life is a process and time never stands still.
We keep on developing by discovering new things, getting to know different people by engaging with their stories. I am passionate about exploring unexpected connections and small imperfections. In order to be able to find those easter eggs, we have to stay curious and inquisitive, constantly questioning what is happening around us and reflect on our own input as designers. I love to explore and shape the ideas spinning around in my head by building early prototypes and working with my hands.
There are still so many things out there, that I haven´t explored yet and I can´t wait to take the next steps.
